Meet Our Team
Father and son team Gary and Obie Williams utilize their extensive background in the home building and maintenance industry with each home inspection they perform. They serve the Upper Cumberland region, including Cumberland and Putnam counties, offering their expertise and professional services to help you make informed decisions regarding your home.

- Gary is a member of Home Inspectors of Tennessee Association (HITA)

Gary Williams has a B.S. in Animal Science from Southeastern Louisiana University and an Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance from Tennessee Technology Center at Crossville. Obie Williams has a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Tennessee Technological University. Both Gary and Obie Williams have worked extensively in the home building industry and look forward to using their knowledge to add peace of mind to your next home inspection.
