I have been a certified Home Inspector for 8 years and have been in the construction field for over 20 years both as a homebuilder of quality executive homes and as an Electrical Contractor. My inspection team and myself enjoy sharing our expertise with both the Homebuyer and the Realtor to help expedite the sale of the home to everyone's satisfaction. I am also a Licensed General Contractor (#824581), former Electrical Contractor and am mold certified. The HomeTeam inspection Service is fully insured and is part of the largest Franchise in the U.S.A. We offer a 90 day Home Warranty, same day reports, and competitive pricing."
